01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and fd888 ("fd888", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services available at fd888.ws, including but not limited to sports betting, live in-play wagering, live casino, slot games, HRG Live, West Hunter Bingo, and all other gaming products offered by fd888.

03 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) fd888 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

General betting rules applicable to all fd888 sportsbook markets include:

• All bets are final once confirmed on the fd888 platform. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation except where fd888's void bet policy applies.
• fd888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds, suspended markets, or duplicate market listings.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or result under dispute, fd888's settlement rules for the relevant sport will apply. For PSL fixtures, fd888 follows the official PCB (Pakistan Cricket Board) result as the authoritative source.
• Maximum single-bet and accumulator limits are displayed on each market. fd888 reserves the right to adjust individual account limits at its discretion without prior notice.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to live market availability. Connectivity issues on the player's side do not entitle a player to cancel a confirmed live bet.

fd888 employs automated and manual risk management processes. Accounts identified as engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any form of systematic exploitation of fd888 pricing will have their maximum stake limits reduced or their accounts reviewed in line with Section 9 of these Terms.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

fd888 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to Pakistani players, including welcome bonuses, PSL season promotions, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and casino bonus credits. 09 Account Suspension & Termination

fd888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include but are not limited to violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, identity verification failures, AML concerns, or responsible gaming interventions.

On account suspension or closure:

• Pending bets already placed and confirmed prior to suspension will be settled according to normal procedures unless the underlying event itself is subject to investigation.
• Bonus balances and free bet credits are forfeited immediately upon suspension.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fd888's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with the use of the fd888 platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the player to their fd888 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
